One Year of Mindful Music
One year ago, on Christmas Eve 2023, I performed Be Proud, the first song of my series Mindful Music, for the first time. I had written it a week earlier as an assignment from a coaching session. My coach asked me to write a song about transforming pride into equalising wisdom in 72 hours and perform it in one week. It was quite a challenge for me to write a song “on demand”, but I am very happy with the result.

Recording New Songs in Málaga
Yesterday we recorded the basic tracks for two new songs, and for the first time I did that with my band. We recorded drums, bass and guitar in a studio in Málaga, and for me the way we did it was a new experience.

Big in Japan?
Yesterday I performed my music at the Gamuso Club in Tokyo. My gig was a part of their regular Open Mic Night, which happens every Sunday.
I Will Play Live in Tokyo
On Sunday the 3rd of November I will have a gig at the legendary Gamuso Club in Tokyo! If you happen to be in Japan’s capital then, please join me at 7pm!
I will sing some of my songs live to a backing track. My gig will be a part of Gamuso’s regular Open Mic night, which takes place every Sunday. So it is a rather modest event, but I am very excited about it anyway! I am looking forward to seeing you there – and if you can’t make it yourself, please tell your friends in Tokyo!
