Ikigai is a simple Bo Diddley beat about the Japanese concept of how to find purpose in life. Four things have to come together to achieve Ikigai:
1. It is something you love
2. It is something you are really good at
3. It is something the world needs
4. It is something people are willing to pay for.

You may be good at something and love it, but if nobody pays for what you do, it’s just a hobby, not an Ikigai. On the other hand, many people earn their money with jobs they don’t really like and which might even be harmful. It’s not easy to find your Ikigai!
