My new single Money with Love has been released today on Spotify and all major music platforms.

This song is about the positive energy that money represents if you have the right attitude towards it. For many years I had quite a distorted view of money, which made me experience a constant lack of it.

I changed my mindset with the help of a friend who is an expert in a theory called Wealthy Mind. It says that you need to cultivate a grateful, abundant attitude towards money in order to achieve financial freedom.

Later, another friend taught me a beautiful money ritual when I bought a meditation cushion from her. When she received my payment, she held my hands with the cash, looked me in the eye and said that she was taking the money with love. I liked this ritual so much that I wrote this song about it.

I think this attitude towards money fits in well with the current situation in the music business, where artists can barely survive on the little money they receive from services like Spotify. It’s important that music fans understand that they should also express their love for music by giving money to the artists who create it.

I shot the music video in front of a green screen and combined these images with stock footage that I downloaded for free from the Internet. There are lots of Bitcoin visuals in it, as Bitcoin is the best form of money in my view. I am wearing the same bowler hat as on the cover of my first Bitcoin book.

Money with Love was one of the first songs I wrote for my ‘Mindful Music’ project. I recorded it in January 2024 with Victoria Villanueva in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, but I’m only releasing it now because it’s a good introduction to a new project that has to do with money.
