Today is the release day of ‘Flow’, the third single of my series Mindful Music. You can listen to it on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music and many other music platforms.

I wrote this song in December 2024 in Holbox, Mexico. It was recorded between January and February 2024 at Raw Diamond Studios, Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

‘Flow’ was produced and mixed by Victoria Villanueva and mastered by Anton Orlov. Victoria also played lead guitar, bass guitar, piano and sang backing vocals. I sang lead vocals, played rhythm guitar and bongos. We also used some sound effects and Indian instruments to create a ‘psychedelic’ atmosphere.

The music video was shot in a green screen studio in Málaga, Spain, in April 2024, with Artemio Golovko on camera. I edited it myself.
